• A proper unboxing video (taken before the package is opened) is mandatory.
• Include clear photos of the product from all angles.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, along with any accessories provided.
Please note:
• Minor variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to lighting, backgrounds, or photoshoot conditions and are not considered defects.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, kids’ earrings are non-returnable.
Dazzlerrr will bear the return shipping costs in approved cases.
